Export Button
All the magic of Gamma GenCat can be found behind the Export button. There are two buttons on the export panel: Generate and Upload Even though they are the most powerful parts of the program, there isn't much to say about these buttons- they do all their work without any help. When you press the Generate button, GenCat will create your catalog based on the template you have selected. If there is a problem with your catalog, the software will tell you in the Gamma GenCat Status panel, but if you are using an unmodified template that you downloaded from Gamma Burst this should not happen. If you are designing your own template and there is an error, GenCat will tell you what kind of error it found. When you press the Upload button, your catalog pages and images will be transferred to your web site via FTP. If the FTP account information you entered in the Properties FTP panel is correct, there will be no problem. If any of the account information you provided is incorrect, your catalog will not upload and you should contact your web site hosting company for help. That's it! You now have a fully functional professional online store! |
